The hotel provided a kettle upon request, useful. Breakfast included tea, coffee, juices, and milkshakes, alongside bread, cheese, yogurts, bacon, and scrambled eggs. The location is close to the central station, a great advantage for accessing main attractions. I found the hotel safe.
I was charged twice for one night, exceeding £250. The receptionist, Anna, was rude when I inquired about using my deposit for payment. She insisted I pay again and said the deposit would be refunded later. The refund will be processed next week.

The front desk staff provided assistance with directions and local information. They spoke English fluently. The housekeeping service maintained the rooms well, with daily cleaning and towel replacement. All requests were addressed promptly.

the staff was friendly at reception. the room also included fans, a great bonus. the location was definitely very handy to the center.
the rule about not eating or drinking in the room is strange. i felt this was disappointing.

the breakfast had fresh juice. there were many hot options, such as scrambled eggs and beans. the food was always fresh, which i really appreciated.

The room was quiet as requested, and clean. the beds were long, i was very happy about that. the shower room was also good. Though the hot water took some time.

Acceptable Location, Concerning Deposit Policy

The location was acceptable near the central station.
I had to pay the entire original cost on arrival in addition to a cash security deposit of €30 despite the hotel already taking a deposit before arrival for the cost of the first night. The lady told me that the money would be returned straight away then she told me it would take 3-5 business days.
